Lynndi Lockenour

Affiliate Therapist

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Clinical Supervisor (LPCC-S) with 10 years of experience providing mental health therapy. It is my belief that we all have within us the power for unconditionally loving ourselves and healing past traumas that may have hindered this ability. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults in both individual and family therapy settings.

I utilize an extensive variety of therapeutic modalities to tailor interventions toward the needs of each client and/or family. I am a certified practioner of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for children, trained in Motivational Interviewing, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), CBT, and EMDR. I have worked with clients struggling to manage diagnoses associated with substance misuse, trauma, grief/loss, ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and mood disorders.

I also have experience and training in serving the LGBTQIAA+ community, their partners, and families. I understand from personal experience many of the challenges that come with these issues and strongly believe that holistic healing involves balance of mind and body.

My role as a clinician is to instill hope and assist you in becoming empowered toward investing in your own mental and physical well-being. My goal is to travel alongside you on your therapeutic journey, guide creative development of healthy coping skills, and assist in implementing lasting change.
