I am a graduate of Spalding University. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I am also a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College with a Masters in Education Counseling with a focus on Mental Health. I am a trauma-informed, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), specializing in adults who have in the past, or are currently experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, or serious and persistent mental illness.

I also have a certificate in substance abuse counseling and work with clients who are struggling with substance use disorder. I use a variety of therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and expressive therapies (art, writing, and play) to help clients find relief and reach their identified mental health goals. I work to tailor my therapy to a client’s needs and strengths.
